Wanice Hewett

Reverend Wanice Harold Hewett, 78, of Elizabethtown, passed away at Bladen County Hospital on September 2, 2015. He is survived by a son, Allen Hewitt (Colleen) of Ashland, KY; daughters, Wanda Triplette (Keith) of Stanley, NC and Lynne Hewett-Benton of Fayetteville, NC; a brother, Rev. Vernon Hewett of Bladenboro; and sister-in-law Carol Lee Hewett of Leland; five grandchildren, Robert Grimwood, Natalie Church, Michael Grimwood, Richard Grimwood, Jessica Hewitt; and two great-grandchildren, Brian Church and Alexandria Church.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 5, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Funeral service will follow Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home at 12:00 p.m. A private burial will be held afterwards.
