William "Bill" H. Rouse, age 81 of Elizabethtown, died Thursday, December 24, 2015 at Bladen County Hospital. He was born on April 13, 1934 in Goldsboro, NC. Bill was a resident of Elizabethtown Nursing Center. He is survived by special friends, Rev. Charlie Tatum and church family of PFWB Church of Clarkton; and Mr. Joe Cashwell Family.
A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Garland Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. officiated by Rev. Charlie Tatum.
